Mal os companheiros da célula do Acabamento de Chapas Grossas (LCG) se viram livres de um imitador despreparado de facilitador que “apurrinhava” a vida de todos os trabalhadores dessa área, chegou um novo facilitador, importado de São Paulo.
As denúncias são gravíssimas, nas quais os trabalhadores dessa área falam das dificuldades que estão tendo pelo número reduzido de companheiros afastados pelo COVID-19.
Esse novo facilitador, segundo as denúncias, além de ser mal-educado, não apoia seus comandados em um momento delicado feito esse, em que os trabalhadores se sentem acuados por muitos serviços e, por outro lado, essa pandemia afastando seus companheiros.
Esse facilitador é um “desbocado”, vive falando palavrões explícitos.
O mesmo facilitador e o facilitador de melhorias, conhecido como “Capitão do Mato”, como não têm nada para fazer, ficam o dia inteiro monitorando as imagens das câmeras de segurança para procurar desvios de comportamentos com relação a prevenção ao COVID-19, ou seja, ai daquele que estiver sem máscara.
Quando ele pega alguém sem máscara, dá aquele “showzinho”.
Comentário do Sindicato: “sabemos companheiros do incômodo do uso de máscaras, mas, ela é fundamental para sua segurança e daqueles em sua volta”.
Companheiros, já comunicamos à gerente de RH da Gerdau Ouro Branco e, em nossa próxima reunião para tratarmos do nosso ACT, abriremos um parêntese para discutirmos esse assunto, oportunidade em que entregaremos a “carta denúncia” em mãos para a empresa.
