Entregar a declaração de imposto de renda cedo faz com que contribuinte receba a restituição antes; mas entregar a declaração mais tarde também tem seu lado bom.
Quem ainda não entregou a declaração de imposto de renda tem bons motivos para se apressar. Se você tiver imposto a restituir, quanto mais cedo entregar a declaração, mais cedo receberá a restituição. “Entregar a declaração cedo é bom para quem precisa do dinheiro logo”, diz Edino Garcia, coordenador editorial de imposto de renda da IOB Folhamatic.
Segundo Garcia, quem entregar a declaração por agora deve receber a restituição no terceiro ou quarto lote, que são entregues, respectivamente, em agosto e setembro. Os sete lotes de restituição são pagos entre junho e dezembro, sempre em torno do dia 15 de cada mês.
Até 1º de abril, 5,7 milhões de pessoas já haviam entregado a declaração de imposto de renda, o que já lhes garante alguns dos primeiros lugares na fila. Contudo, o primeiro lote, pago em junho, é quase inteiramente dedicado ao cumprimento do Estatuto do Idoso, sendo destinado a quem tem 60 anos ou mais. Para essas pessoas, a data de entrega da declaração (desde que feita antes do término do prazo) é indiferente para o recebimento da restituição.
Ou seja, quem não tem mais de 60 anos e tem imposto a restituir, receberá a quantia que lhe é devida conforme a ordem de entrega da declaração. Contudo, alguns fatores podem apressar ou atrasar o pagamento. Por exemplo, depois dos maiores de 60 anos, têm prioridade quem entrega a declaração por meio de certificado digital, atualmente obrigatório apenas para quem recebeu rendimentos de mais de 10 milhões de reais no ano ou tenha feito pagamentos a pessoas físicas ou jurídicas de valor superior a 10 milhões de reais em cada caso ou no total.
