Companheiros,
Muitos trabalhadores, no decorrer da semana passada, ligaram para o nosso Sindicato,
preocupados com os rumos da negociação do ACT 2018/2019, que, até o presente momento,
está sem solução.
Os trabalhadores comentam, a respeito de suas lideranças dentro da área da empresa, que fala-se muito da intransigência do Sindicato em não apresentar uma nova contraproposta para a empresa.
Na última reunião, ocorrida na Sub-gerência Regional do Trabalho, não houve um
avanço por parte da empresa que fosse significativo. Com isso, o Sindicato achou por bem não continuar a reunião.
Temos uma nova audiência de mediação no próximo dia 10, na Sub-gerência Regional
do Trabalho, em Conselheiro Lafaiete.
Se houver, por parte da empresa, um avanço em sua contraproposta, o Sindicato
convocará uma assembleia para que vocês trabalhadores participem das negociações, usando o seu livre direito de aprovar ou reprovar a contraproposta da empresa.
