Companheiros,
Devido à pandemia do COVID-19, o nosso Sindicato, juntamente com a ORMEC ENGENHARIA LTDA., entende preciso celebrar um ACT Especial, visando preservar ao máximo a segurança dos metalúrgicos dessa empresa e sua empregabilidade.
Acrise que o mundo está vivendo afeta, sem precedentes, a saúde das pessoas de todo o planeta, onde milhares estão morrendo e outros milhares sendo infectadas pelo vírus da COVID-19, sendo certo que ninguém arrisca um final feliz para essa crise.
Diante disto, o nosso Sindicato está apresentando a contraproproposta da empresa e colocará a mesma em votação eletrônica, visando atender às duas partes, sem a aglomeração de pessoas como ocorre em uma assembleia normal. Então, companheiros e companheiras, por primeiro, pretende-se resguardar a saúde do trabalhador, através de medidas de combate ao novo coronavírus. Por segundo, está o interesse na manutenção do emprego dos funcionários. E, por terceiro, o objetivo de continuidade dos negócios da empresa, pois, sem uma empresa, não existe progresso e, sem o trabalhador, não existe a empresa.
Informamos aos companheiros que só poderão votar os trabalhadores abrangidos por este Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho.
Os mesmos receberão uma mensagem em seu e-mail e/ou telefone e poderão votar na próxima segunda-feira, dia 27 de julho, das 07h às 11h, conforme edital.
Segue a proposta da empresa:
Atendendo solicitação deste Sindicato, e considerando a reprovação da proposta anterior, vimos apresentar nova proposta para o Acordo Coletivo 2020/2021, como segue.
*SALÁRIOS
Mantidos os salários atuais (sem reajuste)
*PLR
Confirmado o pagamento da PLR de set/2020.
Definido o não pagamento da PLR de set/2021.
* PRÊMIO ASSIDUIDADE
Mantido o valor de R$ 100,00 (cem reais) para todos os empregados atuais.
Definido um novo valor de R$ 50,00 (cinquenta reais) apenas para os novos empregados, admitidos após a
realização da assembleia.
*DEMAIS CONDIÇÕES
Mantidas todas as demais cláusulas do acordo anterior, inclusive os benefícios específicos da Ormec tais como a
vantagem pessoal e o plano de saúde sem desconto fixo mensal para os empregados.
