A PRINCÍPIO ESTÁ DECRETADO ESTADO DE GREVE.
Estivemos em mediação na Sub-Gerência Regional do Trabalho com a Gerdau Açominas.
Em resumo, a Gerdau queria que levássemos para assembleia a mesma contraproposta que havia feito e sido recusada. Não aceitamos!
Com muito custo ela apresentou apenas um ponto de melhoria: “queria dar 3 meses” de garantia de emprego ou salário, e manteria todas os demais pontos. Recusamos na mesa e dissemos que não vamos apresentar uma contraproposta que já foi rejeitada pela assembleia, não aceitaremos retrocessos,e não iremos propor DISSÍDIO COLETIVO, pois, é um jogo de cartas marcadas e sequer conseguiremos abono ou aumento real, como vimos no ano passado.
Como a Mediadora concordou, o caminho, companheiros, é a GREVE para quebrar a intransigência da Gerdau Açominas.
Em razão desse posicionamento, a empresa pediu até a próxima sexta-feira para ver o que pode ser melhorado.
A Gerdau Açominas já foi avisada do ESTADO DE GREVE.
* ESTADO DE GREVE é a situação anterior à deflagração de GREVE, com preparativos jurídicos, políticos e estratégicos, já que para a GREVE não ser considerada ilegal, precisamos de Aprovação da Assembleia, ainda a ser marcada e de cumprirmos uma série de requisitos legais.
