Em reunião realizada ontem, entre o Sindicato e a Gerdau Açominas, a empresa apresentou ao
Sindicato a lista dos empregados e ex-empregados que têm direito ao adicional noturno, já com os valores
calculados.
A empresa já enviou para o e-mail pessoal de seus empregados o valor líquido que cada um deverá
receber, juntamente com a fórmula de cálculo aprovada em assembleia.

2- Após a conferência jurídica, o Sindicato cuidará de marcar audiência na Justiça do Trabalho, para
homologação do mesmo.
EXPECTATIVA: Trabalhamos com a expectativa de iniciarmos o pagamento tão logo o processo
seja homologado pela Justiça. Fato que esperamos que aconteça até o final de fevereiro.
