Companheiros,
Ontem foi entregue oficialmente a nossa pauta de reivindicações do ACT 2020/2020, da Gerdau Ouro Branco.
No nosso informativo anterior “O Tarugo”, publicamos a pauta e pedimos aos trabalhadores para analisá-la e nos dar sugestões.
Muitos trabalhadores se manifestaram por intermédio de telefonemas e pelo e-mail do Sindicato, porém, nada que mudasse a estrutura da proposta que o Sindicato elaborou. Ou seja, mantendo o acordo com suas conquistas sociais, discutiremos este ano as cláusulas econômicas, ou seja, reposição das perdas inflacionárias, aumento real, cartão alimentação e abono.
O que nos levou a essa atitude foi que a maioria dos trabalhadores que se manifestaram mostrou-se solidária com o Sindicato quanto às propostas, enquanto o que nos deixou satisfeitos foi o fato de que esses trabalhadores nos desejaram sorte e nos pediram o empenho de sempre, pois, estarão torcendo pela nossa Diretoria.
Esperamos que as negociações tenham início o mais rápido possível para que, até 1º de novembro, que é a nossa data base, o ACT esteja assinado.
