A Caixa Econômica Federal iniciará nesta segunda-feira (22) a atualização de dados cadastrais no aplicativo Caixa Tem para quem nasceu em maio O app foi usado em 2020 por milhões de brasileiros para receber o auxílio emergencial e deve ser usado novamente este ano. As regras do auxílio em 2021, com valor menor e para menos pessoas, foram divulgadas nesta semana. A atualização dos dados acontecerá de forma escalonada, e o calendário segue o mês de nascimento dos clientes. O calendário vai até o dia 31 deste mês (quando poderão atualizar os dados quem nasceu em dezembro). Além de ter sido usado para o auxílio emergencial, o app Caixa Tem também serviu para outros pagamentos do governo: o BEm (Benefício Emergencial, pago a quem teve o salário reduzido), o abono salarial do PIS/Pasep e o saque emergencial do FGTS (Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço). Também é usado para movimentar as poupanças digitais gratuitas criadas por lei para o pagamento de benefícios sociais. Desde novembro, beneficiários do Bolsa Família também recebem o depósito na poupança digital. Não será preciso ir até uma agência para atualizar o cadastro. Segundo o banco, todo o processo poderá ser feito pelo celular.
Como atualizar
O usuário deve clicar em "Atualize seu cadastro" no aplicativo e enviar a documentação solicitada: foto (selfie) e documentos pessoais (RG, CPF e comprovante de endereço).
