Na assembleia realizada no dia 13, quinta-feira, mais uma vez os trabalhadores rejeitaram a contraproposta da empresa.
Companheiros, chegamos numa encruzilhada perigosa. Se não retornarmos as negociações entre SINDICATO E EMPRESA, fatalmente iremos à Justiça. Com certeza absoluta, não haverá vencido, nem vencedores.
Podem perder os trabalhadores, como vocês se lembram no ACT do ano 2016/2017, quando pedimos a instauração do dissídio na Justiça e o Desembargador determinou que a proposta recusada pelos trabalhadores, naquela época, voltasse para assembleia.
Foi uma decepção!

Os trabalhadores ficaram insatisfeitos ao saber que na empresa em que trabalham atravessa um bom momento, como a empresa mesmo publicou em seu balancete, mas, não reconhece o esforço desses trabalhadores, limitando-se a fazer uma contraproposta ridícula.
O nosso Sindicato estará de recesso do dia 26 de dezembro a 04 de janeiro de 2019, e a Justiça entre os dias 20/12/2018 a 20/01/2019.
Informamos que, neste período, a nossa Diretoria, juntamente com o Departamento Jurídico, estará de plantão, caso a empresa resolva voltar à mesa de negociação. O que acreditamos ser o melhor caminho, vale a pena repetir.
