Companheiros,

Como é do conhecimento de vocês, o nosso Sindicato se reuniu, ontem, na Superintendência Regional do Trabalho e Emprego, em Conselheiro Lafaiete, com a Usina Gerdau Ouro Branco, diante da Mediadora Doutora Edna Aparecida Campos, para discutirmos sobre o Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho 2016/2017, quando, para o nosso espanto, a Gerdau apresentou duas contrapropostas, sendo as seguintes:

1ª – REAJUSTE PELO INPC SOMENTE EM JANEIRO, COM ABONO DE R$700,00 (SETECENTOS REAIS), MANTENDO O TRANSPORTE GRATUITO.

2ª – REAJUSTE DO INPC NA DATA BASE, COM ABONO DE R$2,000,00 (DOIS MIL REIAS), E DESCONTO NO TRANSPORTE ESCALONADO DA SEGUINTE FORMA: R$ 39,00 PARA SALÁRIOS ATÉ R$ 2,000,00, R$ 49,00 PARA SALÁRIOS ATÉ R$ 2,500,00, R$ 85,00 PARA SALÁRIOS ATÉ R$ 3,500,00, R$ 120,00 PARA SALÁRIOS ATÉ R$ 4,500,00, R$ 150,00 PARA SALÁRIOS ACIMA DE R$ 4,500,00.

A Gerdau insistiu, durante toda a reunião, em falar da intransigência do Sindicato em não reconhecer a atual situação pela qual a empresa passa.

Como mencionamos, na reunião, o Sindicato não é nada mais, nada menos, do que o intermediador entre trabalhador e empresa.

A Gerdau acusa o Sindicato de retirar o direito dos trabalhadores em decidir por si próprios, se aceitam ou rejeitam as propostas que a empresa irá apresentar.

O Sindicato não vai discutir a opinião e preferência dos diretores. Defendemos, sim, a vontade dos trabalhadores.

Para terminarmos isto este ano, onde decidiremos se iremos à justiça ou faremos paralisação, estamos convocando os trabalhadores para uma assembleia, a ser realizada na sexta-feira, dia 16, na Sede do Sindicato, como segue edital no verso.
