Companheiros,
Estará encerrando, no dia 31 de outubro próximo, o ACT vigente 2018/2020 da Gerdau Ouro Branco, de modo que já estamos dando início às negociações do Acordo Coletivo de 2020/2021.
Com certeza, será cenário de discussão a atual circunstância provocada por essa pandemia que interferiu na economia mundial,
não havendo sido, no Brasil, diferente de um modo geral.
Mas, em certos pontos, foi, sim, diferente em outros países, porque, aqui, o governo prioriza os empresários em detrimento
dos trabalhadores que, nesse exato momento, estão sofrendo com o desemprego em massa, redução de salário, suspensão de
contrato e, infelizmente, com a ganância de produtores e atacadistas que movimentam o mercado de alimentação desse país.
O preço dos gêneros de primeira necessidade - e outros gêneros que complementam a cesta básica como leite, pão, carne,
dentre inúmeros alimentos necessários à nossa existência -, exorbitaram.
Falta dinheiro para nossa sobrevivência!
É nesse cenário que vamos iniciar as discussões com a Gerdau Ouro Branco sobre as negociações salariais, como dito
anteriormente.
Pedimos o apoio de todos vocês companheiros, mas, nós que estaremos à frente dessa luta por vocês e seus direitos.
Devido à pandemia, não teremos a nossa assembleia presencial para a retirada de pauta, mas, estamos apresentando a vocês
a pauta para sua avaliação e para que nos deem sugestões através do e-mail:juridico@sindob.org.br , até a próxima quinta-feira, dia 17.
