Companheiros,
Devido à pandemia do COVID-19, o nosso Sindicato, juntamente com a Gerdau Ouro Branco, entende ser preciso celebrar o ACT 2020/2021, visando preservar ao máximo a segurança dos metalúrgicos dessa empresa e sua empregabilidade.
Sabemos que a pandemia do COVID-19 tem causado grandes impactos socioeconômicos sobre os diversos setores da economia, deviso à paralisação, redução ou suspensão de atividades.
O papel de um Sindicato responsável como o nosso não é só defender as conquistas, embora isso já esteja sendo feito para todas as empresas de nossa base. Assim, a pretensão é não tão somente a de atuar na conservação da saúde dos empregados das categorias, mas, também, a de preservar o emprego de vocês.
Sendo assim, o nosso Sindicato está apresentando a contraproposta da empresa e colocará a mesma em votação eletrônica.
Os mesmos receberão uma mensagem em seu e-mail e/ou celular e poderão votar na próxima quarta-feira, dia 23, das 07h às 17h, conforme edital.
Informamos aos companheiros que só poderão votar os trabalhadores abrangidos por este Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho.
