Como já é do conhecimento dos (as) trabalhadores (as) da Gerdau Ouro Branco, a reunião que aconteceu na última sexta-feira, para o Sindicato, terminou sem acordo.
Sabemos que a Gerdau, pelo seu RH, divulgou a contraproposta que ela fez ao Sindicato.
Existem alguns pontos que não deixam o Sindicato dar por encerrada está contraproposta, e levar para assembleia.
Primeiro, é a exclusão dos companheiros que estão com seu contrato de trabalho suspenso, e que, o Sindicato exige que sejam incluídos no nosso ACT.
Outro dos pontos principais é o abono, que sequer a empresa aceitou discutir.
Como, também, achamos um absurdo o prazo que a Gerdau quer para pagar os trabalhadores a reposição das perdas inflacionárias, sendo a primeira parcela em março e, a segunda, em maio.
Mesmo retroagindo o aumento a 1º de novembro, gostaríamos que esse prazo fosse mudado.
A empresa disse que, se não houver acordo nessa contraproposta, a mesma será retirada.
Acreditamos que a empresa está apostando nas dificuldades que os Sindicatos estão enfrentando para fazermos a mediação junto a Gerência Regional do trabalho, pois, como é do conhecimento de todos, a Secretaria do Trabalho não está fazendo atendimento presencial.
Sem sombra de dúvidas, companheiros, isso é um fator que dificultará bastante aos Sindicatos e, também, um fator de alto risco para o sucesso de uma boa negociação.
Estamos tentando até o último minuto da prorrogação para vermos se levaremos essa contraproposta para ser apreciada por vocês.
A empresa disse, na reunião, que esse é um direito dos trabalhadores decidirem, e que o Sindicato, por sua vez, não tem como colocar obstáculo.
