Você sabia que o eletricista que trabalha com periculosidade - autônomo ou de carteira assinada -, possui direito a uma aposentadoria especial ?
Muitos duvidam, pois, foi tirado a categoria de eletricista como atividade especial no ano de 1995. Porém, permanece a aposentadoria especial não pela categoria, mas, quando comprovado a periculosidade.
O fim da Aposentadoria Especial do eletricista: Quem atua com periculosidade, não vai sequer existir mais a aposentadoria especial para essas atividades. Sim, isso não é história e ninguém está falando disso.
Quem atua com periculosidade, como, por exemplo, o vigilante armado, eletricistas e outros não conseguirá mais a aposentadoria especial e está bem claro na proposta de reforma previdenciária aprovada em primeira seção pela Câmara:“§ 4º-C (…) vedados a caracterização por categoria profissional ou ocupação e o enquadramento por periculosidade.”
Aproveite este melhor momento e use a periculosidade para se aposentar mais cedo.
Quando eu digo “mais cedo” me refiro ao tempo de contribuição e, consequentemente, a idade.
Temos que concordar que os Eletricistas são muito importantes para a funcionalidade de nosso País. Como forma de agradecimento da sociedade, alguns possuem direito a Aposentadoria Especial!
Mas, porque dizemos “alguns”? Pelo fato de que só terá o direito a esta aposentadoria especial, aquele eletricista que comprovar periculosidade, estando exposto a tensões acima de 250 volts por, no mínimo, 25 anos antes da promulgação da reforma previdenciária. Após, não irá ter mais esse direito.
Esse é mais um presente que essa Reforma da Previdência está trazendo para os trabalhadores.
